Pam and I have been a part of the direct sales jewelry industry since 2000. We joined Park Lane in November of 2008. I developed a comprehensive computer program called PLHelpER that imports your old and current JBPL reports and transforms that data into useful information regarding your Park Lane business. No Re-Keying of the Data!

I first introduced the program to our group in February of 2009. In July of 2009, we were given the okay from the JBPL Home Office to offer you PLHelpER to assist you in the administrative part of your Park Lane business. The home office has reviewed the program but you should note that the program is not supported by the home office and it is not a requirement of the home office to purchase this program.  Independently, I will be supporting this program and offering monthly updates and enhancements to our users at no charge.  These updates are available under the "UPDATES" tab on this website. For your convenience and support, our website contains videos and documentation that explain in more detail the operation of the program, how to install the program, and how to activate the software license. The videos and documentation are located under the "VIDEOS & SUPPORT" tab on this website. I have also developed a FREE Version of the program, which can be downloaded from the "FREE Version" tab on this website. It is my sincere desire that every Park Lane Director download the FREE Version of the PLHelpER program and take a test drive. See for yourself the benefits of this program!

A list of functionality is outlined below.
PLHelpER provides the capability to enter and print your income and expenses and also imports the hostess, customer, and order information from the FSIB PDF reports and stores that data into a standalone database on your computer. This data can then be used for a number of reports. The FULL version also provides functionality to import your JBPL Weekly Sales Report, JBPL Super Start Report, and JBPL Genealogy Report. This data can then be used to produce automated emails for current director status and recognition.

The program provides the ability to:
* Enter and print your income and expenses
* Manage your customer's contact information
* Manage your group's contact information
* Analyze your hostess and customer purchases
* Automatically send Super Start status emails to your directors
* Automatically send Success Builders status emails to your directors
* Automatically send Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Recognition emails to your directors
* Manage your prospect information (future enhancement)

Below is a list of some of the reporting features from PLHelpER. Most of the information can be displayed, printed or exported to Microsoft Excel:
* Listing of your Top 40 Items sold to your hostesses and customers for a specific date range that you provide.
* Listing of your Top 10 Hostess Selections, Top 10 Thank You items, Top 10 Half-Price, Top 10 Customer Product Selections,
   and Top 10 Customer Bonus items for a specific date range that you provide.
* Value Statement - This report identifies the hostess credit selections and half-price items and shows the dollar value
   provided to the hostess for a specific date range that you provide. It also provides a summary of your customer's value.
   This listing identifies the customer bonuses and monthly specials and shows the dollar value saved for a specific date range
   that you provide.
* Listing of your FSIBs and their associated date, hostess, customers, orders, and items for a specific date range that you provide.
* Listing of your hostess and their associated FSIBs for a specific date range that you provide.
* Listing of your customers and their associated FSIBs, orders, and items for a specific date range that you provide.
* Listing of hostesses and customer associated with a specific item that you select.
* Hostess and Customer mailing labels are available for display, printing or exporting to Microsoft Excel.
* Director email addresses are available for copying/pasting into your email program.
* Hostess and Customer email addresses are available for copying/pasting into your email program.
